PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plans and implements procurement processes in accordance with the needs of the company;
2. Coordinates with the warehouse to monitor the status of materials and identify purchase needs;
3. Prepares and administers requests for offers, based on technical specifications and requirements of the relevant departments;
4. Identifies, analyzes and selects reliable suppliers, ensuring quality, competitive costs and appropriate delivery times;
5. Negotiating with suppliers on delivery terms, contractual terms and prices that are most advantageous for the company;
6. Carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the offers received, to evaluate the options available;
7. Preparing comparative tables of offers received from suppliers, in order to select the most advantageous offer for the company;
8. Preparing and submitting purchase orders, after the offer has been approved by the purchasing committee;
9. Coordinating and cooperating with the Finance Department for the administration of purchase tax invoices and the correct implementation of payment procedures.
